Travel about 45 minutes to visit the spectacular Tad Yeung Waterfall, one of the most iconic sites on the Bolaven Plateau. Walk around the lush jungle surroundings and enjoy the refreshing spray from this dramatic cascade.
Next, stop at a local coffee plantation to learn about the famous Laos Arabica and Robusta coffee, sample freshly brewed coffee, and see how it’s grown in the fertile volcanic soil of the plateau.
Continue to the incredible Tad Fane Twin Waterfalls, home to Laos’ longest and highest zipline adventure.
Soar 470 meters across the valley and 300 meters above the ground, right over the twin 120-meter waterfalls — a thrilling experience for those brave enough to take on this once-in-a-lifetime challenge.
After the zipline adventure, return to Pakse and visit Phou Salao Temple Viewpoint, where a giant golden Buddha overlooks the Mekong River and the city — the perfect spot to enjoy a magical sunset view.
From here, travel about 30 minutes to the Champasak pier, cross the river by boat to Don Deng (“Red Island”), and check in at La Folie Lodge, a beautiful riverside retreat opposite the ancient town of Champasak.

After exploring with your guide, return to the pier and travel about 2.5 hours south to visit the legendary Khone Phapheng Waterfall — the largest and most powerful waterfall in Southeast Asia.
Marvel at the roaring torrents of the Mekong River as it crashes through a maze of rocks, creating a truly awe-inspiring natural wonder.
Then continue to Nakasang Village, where you’ll board a traditional longboat to Don Det Island, one of the famous “4000 Islands”.
