Overnight: Ban Nalane Homestay
Day 2: Ban Nalane – Luang Namtha – Muang Sing – Luang Namtha
In the morning, take a short walk around the village to see daily life, bamboo weaving, and traditional hunting demonstrations using handmade bows and arrows. Visit the village school before returning to the homestay for breakfast.
After breakfast, transfer 1.5 hours to Luang Namtha, then continue 2 hours to Muang Sing. Along the way, stop at Khmu and Akha villages to learn about local whisky-making and traditional cotton weaving.
Visit Muang Sing Market and Phatad Xieng Tueng Stupa, then return to Luang Namtha for overnight.

Day 3: Luang Namtha – Oudomxay – Boun Neua (Phongsaly Province)
After breakfast, depart at 7:30 AM for a long scenic drive to Boun Neua Town in Phongsaly Province, via Oudomxay. The journey takes approximately 8 hours, with several stops for lunch, restrooms, photos, and visits to ethnic minority villages.
The road to Phongsaly is quite rough but offers stunning mountain and valley views.

Day 4: Phongsaly Exploration – Ancient Tea Plantations & Phoufa Stupa
After breakfast, explore Phongsaly Old Town and visit the 400-year-old tea plantation, one of the oldest in Laos. Continue to Phoufa Pagoda Viewpoint, the highest point in Phongsaly, offering panoramic views of the entire town.
Visit an Akha village and local market before returning to your hotel.

Day 5: Phongsaly – Muang Khua – Shopcham Homestay (Boat Trip on Nam Ou River)
After breakfast, travel 4 hours by car from Phongsaly to Muang Khua, with scenic photo stops along the way. Visit Pak Nam Noy Akha Village to observe traditional whisky distillation before continuing to Muang Khua for lunch.
After lunch, take a 3-hour boat trip down the Nam Ou River to Hadsa (Dam 3). Transfer by car 15 minutes, then take another short boat ride (15 minutes) to Shopcham Homestay.

Day 6: Shopcham – Muang Ngoi – Tad Mok Waterfall – Nong Khiaw
After breakfast, depart at 8:00 AM by boat (30 minutes) to Muang Ngoi Neua. Explore the village, then hike to Phou Phanoi Viewpoint for panoramic views of the mountains and Nam Ou Valley.
Return to the boat and travel 20 minutes to Shopkong Village, the starting point for a 1-hour trek through rice fields to Tad Mok Waterfall. Enjoy swimming and relaxation, then visit Yensabai Organic Farm for a fresh seasonal fruit shake.
Continue by boat (25 minutes) to Nong Khiaw for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Phathok Historical Cave, Manda Cave, and the Bomb Museum. Later, hike up to Som Nang Viewpoint for breathtaking sunset views over Nong Khiaw and the Nam Ou River.

Day 7: Nong Khiaw – Nam Ou Dam 2 – Pak Ou Caves – Luang Prabang
Take a slow boat across the river to explore Tham Ting (Lower Cave) and Tham Theung (Upper Cave), which contain thousands of Buddha statues. Your guide will share the legends and spiritual significance of the caves.
After the visit, enjoy lunch on the boat while cruising downstream on the Mekong River toward Luang Prabang. Admire the beautiful riverside scenery and mountain sunset.
Upon arrival at the pier in Luang Prabang, transfer to your hotel where the tour concludes.
